Advisory Board Information

The Department of Juvenile Justice Advisory Board is created in statute (730 ILCS 5/3-2.5-65). The Juvenile Advisory Board is composed of 11 persons, appointed by the Governor to advise the Director on matters pertaining to juvenile offenders.

Members of the Board include:

• Emily Buss, University of Chicago Law School
• Sabrina Davis, Lewis & Clark Community College (Youth Build)
• Luis Saucedo, Institute for Nonviolence Chicago
• Christine Logan, family of a formerly justice involved individual
• Adolfo Davis, T.R.U.S.T. Initiative / Phalanx Family Services
